CHIMNEY SWEEP TRAINING – CHIMNEY SWEEP COURSE
This is the deposit option for your certified chimney sweep training. The total cost is £649.00
No other training facility will give you more, most are over double the cost!
Our chimney sweeping course is designed for those with no previous experience, through to professionals wanting to be certified.
The course is set in a down to earth, fun and friendly environment in our new centre in Thorpe St Peter, near Skegness. Run by a City and Guilds qualified teacher and assessor.
B&B’s are widely available, we recommend using hotels.com or booking.com
Our course gives you just as much as anyone else but for a far lower cost, our support system is second to none.
We do not use any formal exams, unlike any of the other providers, we use continuous assessment, from the start of the course through to the end.
We start the training with theory, using slides and guiding you through all the way. Once this is done, we then move on to the tools and all the practical aspects, including sweeping itself, in both manual and power assisted forms. You’ll be given simple study to complete before arrival.
You’ll learn all the practical elements of chimney sweeping, all the techniques and all the different types of equipment.
We will guide you in every aspect of starting your new career, you’ll also have your first years membership included and advertising on our standalone chimney sweep finder website: www.chimneysweepfinder.co.uk
On completion you will be insurance approved and certified to go out and trade as a professional chimney sweep.
You’ll also be offered a discounted power sweeping kit. You must have full “kit” before being certified with the Academy. A full power sweep rod kit from us during training can be as little as £1089, half what others charge!
To be fully certified and approved, and remain so, you must have active membership with the Academy, and active subscription to the Chimney Sweep “app”, for issuing job completion certificates. We are a paperless association, another first.
